Beginner Series
Perfect for players who are new to Mah Jongg or want a thorough refresher.
What's included
- • 4 weekly lessons, approximately 3 hours per session
- • Reading the card and understanding tiles & the Charleston
- • Building hands and recognizing patterns
- • Strategy, decision-making, and game flow
- • Defensive play, table etiquette, and confidence at the table
Recommended format
I strongly encourage forming a group of 4 players so everyone has a built-in group to continue playing with after lessons are complete.
Taught at one participant's home for comfort and convenience.
Your current-year National Mah Jongg League card is included, no extra cost. I'll hand each student their own copy at our first lesson so you're ready to play from day one.
